No Lamborajo fare includes Komodo National Park fees. Fees outside every fare, on all three boats

The same rule holds on Lamborajo 1, 2 and 3, on the open trip and on a private charter. The fare pays for the boat, the crew, meals, equipment and transfers. The park charges its own fees, and they appear on the quote as separate lines.

The rates come from Government Regulation PP 36/2024 and are paid per person per day. Snorkeling is covered by the entry ticket and has no extra levy. A higher foreign-visitor fee has been under study, with no amount or date announced, so check before you book.

One package covers the government entrance ticket (IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day, PP 36/2024), the ranger fee and the local levies. It is quoted per guest and paid on top of the boat price, unless your quote says it is included. For other trip lengths, the desk quotes the package with your booking.

Tickets are bought online, in each visitor's name

The park sells tickets through its own online system, SiOra, with payment in a non-cash form. Each visitor is registered by name and passport number. The company that books your boat does the registering; on a booking with us, our team does it.

Ask for the e-ticket or the QR code in your name. A ticket you cannot see is a ticket you have not got. The boarding pass at the harbor must match the passport too.

A calculator for 2, 4 and 10 guests

The table multiplies the entry fee by guests and days. The number of paid days depends on how many days the route spends inside the park, so the quote states the count for your itinerary.

Foreign and domestic rates differ, and domestic weekend rates differ again. Mixed groups pay each person's own rate.

Ranger groups and permits

Ranger fees and local levies sit in the park package, not on a bill of their own. Figures quoted around Labuan Bajo differ, so we confirm the current amount in writing before you pay.

A drone needs a separate permit and a per-drone fee, arranged in advance through the park system. We confirm the current amount in writing. Personal phone and camera photos need nothing.

A daily visitor cap applies at the main islands in time sessions, and the figure has changed during the year. Your boat company checks the cap when it registers you.

What the open-trip seat covers and what it does not

The open-trip seat includes a local guide and photo and video documentation. It does not include the park entry ticket, the ranger line or a drone permit.

A private charter excludes the guide and documentation too, and both are available on request and quoted separately.

Flights, hotel nights, insurance and gratuity are outside the fare in both cases.

FAQ

Is the Komodo park fee included?

No. Park entry is never in any Lamborajo fare. It is IDR 250,000 per international visitor per day.

Who pays the ranger?

The park package we quote per guest already holds the ranger, the local levies and the government entrance ticket (PP 36/2024), and it comes on top of the boat price unless your written quote lists it as included. We confirm the amount in writing before you pay.

Can I fly a drone in the park?

Only with a permit arranged in advance, and the drone fee is separate. Ask us before you pack it.

How many days of park fees will I pay?

One payment for each day you spend inside the park. The quote states the count for your route.

Do children pay the park fee?

The park sets its own rules for children, and we confirm the rate for each child in writing before you pay. On the boat fare, children under 3 travel free.
