Each cell divides a whole-boat 3D2N price by the head count. Four group sizes cover most bookings.

- 12 guests: IDR 3,580,000 (≈ USD 220), IDR 7,330,000 (≈ USD 450) and IDR 10,080,000 (≈ USD 618).
- 16 guests: IDR 2,810,000 (≈ USD 172), IDR 6,060,000 (≈ USD 372) and IDR 8,120,000 (≈ USD 498).

Costs outside the fare: park, ranger, guide, flights, hotel, tips
The fare buys the boat, the meals and the crew. Several costs sit outside it. Ranger and local levies are bundled with the government entrance ticket (IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day, PP 36/2024) in one KEXI park package per guest, paid on top of the boat price unless your quote says it is included. Indonesian visitors pay IDR 50,000 for the ticket. On a private charter the guide and photo documentation are not included; both are quoted separately.
Flights to Labuan Bajo, the hotel on either side of the trip, insurance and a gratuity are yours to cover, and no gratuity amount is printed. Put all of it into the budget before anyone transfers money, so the figure each person sees is the real one. The calculator prices the park for your head count and days, and the list after it separates what the fare includes from what it does not.

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.
Charter against seat: the nine crossings
For each open-trip seat there is a head count at which the whole boat costs less per person. Keep in mind that seats include the guide and documentation and a charter does not.

Collecting the money from 12 people
For 12 guests on Lamborajo 2, each share is IDR 7,330,000 (≈ USD 450). Add the park ticket and any guide or documentation, so each person knows the full amount before money changes hands.
The deposit is 50% of the quote, and the balance follows 30 days before sailing. One person pays both and collects from the rest. A cancellation 60 days or more out returns 50%; know that before the first transfer.
Settle the dropout rule early. If one of the 12 pulls out, the total stays the same, because the first band covers anything from 1 guest to 12. The other 11 each pay more, and the group should agree up front who carries that.
A worked budget for 16 on Lamborajo 2
Take 16 guests on Lamborajo 2 for 3D2N. The boat costs IDR 97,000,000 (≈ USD 5,951). Divided by 16 that is IDR 6,062,500, shown as IDR 6,060,000 (≈ USD 372) per person after rounding to the nearest IDR 10,000.
Next comes the park ticket, IDR 250,000 per person per day for a foreign visitor, plus ranger fees. If the group wants a local guide and photo documentation, add their separate quote.
Flights, the hotel, insurance and a gratuity are yours too. A guest who budgets only the boat share comes up short, so the full sum is the one to post in the group chat. On Lamborajo 1 the same sum starts from IDR 2,810,000 (≈ USD 172).

What is the park fee for 16 guests?
IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day, or IDR 50,000 for a domestic visitor. Multiply by the visitors and the days; the calculator on this page does it for you.
Why do 8 guests cost the same as 12?
Both fall in the 1-to-12 band, which prices the boat once however few are aboard. On Lamborajo 2 that is IDR 88,000,000 (≈ USD 5,399), whether 8 guests split it or 12.
What is the cheapest way to fill a boat?
Fill Lamborajo 1. At 24 guests the whole boat comes to IDR 2,330,000 (≈ USD 143) each, below the IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) Share Cabin seat, though the guide and documentation are then extra.
