The first message, in four lines
The WhatsApp button opens a message that is already half written. It asks for four things in this order: the boat (Lamborajo 1, 2 or 3, or not sure), your dates, the number of guests, and a private boat or an open-trip cabin.
Not sure is a perfectly good first line. A group of 14 torn between two boats gets both totals side by side at its head count.
Any other question can go at the end of the same message.
Reply times, and what comes back
Our team answers WhatsApp and email during office hours: Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). A message sent after closing is picked up when the office opens.
What comes back is a written quote naming the boat, the dates, the cabins or whole boat, the head count and what is included. Nothing is final until you accept it. Pickup, hotel rooms and events appear as separate lines.
Who we are in relation to the boats' owner
PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia is a booking partner for the three Lamborajo boats. The owner has its own website and contact details, and we do not speak for it.
Other websites also use the Lamborajo name. We can answer only for bookings made through this one, so keep our written quote with your trip papers.
