Have a head count and a ceiling? Go to the budget guide. If the debate is Superior against Luxury, read the step-up guide. The splitting guide is for groups larger than 25, or for a group where half wants one price level and half another.
What every guide uses: the same price list
All four guides draw on one source: the 2026 price list, updated 4 May 2026, which prints one price per band and duration and no season column. Per-person figures divide a whole-boat price by your head count and round to the nearest IDR 10,000.
Private charters leave out the local guide and the photo documentation, and park tickets sit outside every fare. Anything the brochures do not print is confirmed in writing before you pay.
