Labuan Bajo hotels, flights and pickup for a Lamborajo trip

Land in Labuan Bajo the day before you sail and fly home after 14:00. Pickup from your hotel, the airport or the harbor is free on all three Lamborajo boats, and the point is agreed in writing. We book hotel rooms and advise on flights, but we do not sell air tickets.
Land the day before: pickup for all three boats
The open trip meets at 09:00 at the airport or your hotel and sails at 10:00. Those times are printed for Lamborajo 1 and 2; for Lamborajo 3 they are confirmed in writing. A private charter collects you at 10:00 and sails around 10:30. A morning flight into Labuan Bajo is too tight for either, so land the day before.
The three boats sail from Labuan Bajo. The pickup point, hotel, airport or harbor, is agreed in writing before you pay, and pickup and drop-off are free on Lamborajo 1, 2 and 3.
On a 3D2N the boat is back around midday on the last day. Book the flight home for after 14:00, so a late return to the harbor does not cost you the seat.

Pickup is free from any hotel, the airport or the harbor on all three boats, so your choice of boat does not narrow your choice of hotel. Drive times below are approximate.
In the town center, Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo is about 2 minutes from the harbor. In the airport area, Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo by IHG is about 10 minutes away. On Pede Beach, Sudamala Resort Komodo and Laprima Hotel Labuan Bajo are each about 10 minutes out.
Toward Waecicu, AYANA Komodo Resort, Waecicu Beach is about 15 minutes by car, and Loccal Collection Hotel, in the hills above town, about 8. The Seraya Resort Komodo sits on an island, so a boat transfer comes first.

Flights: routes we advise on, tickets we do not sell
Komodo Airport (LBJ) is reached on domestic flights, and most visitors connect through Bali (DPS), Jakarta (CGK) or Surabaya (SUB). Lombok and Kupang are smaller feeders.
From Bali the flight takes about 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes, from Surabaya about 1 hour 30 minutes, and from Jakarta 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours. Schedules change, so check them before you book.
We tell you which arrival works for a Monday or Friday sailing and which departure clears the midday return. We do not sell the ticket; that booking stays between you and the airline.
Booking rooms for a group through us
We book hotel rooms for Lamborajo guests, so a group of 12 or 20 can arrange rooms and boat in one WhatsApp conversation. Send the dates, the number of rooms and the area you prefer.
The hotel confirms the rate for your dates, and booking through us adds no platform fee. Rates move with the season, which is why this page prints none.
A hotel room is a separate booking with its own confirmation. It does not change the boat quote, and the boat quote does not depend on it.
Reading the hotel list against your sailing day
Match the area to the pickup hour. A 09:00 meeting favors a hotel within 10 to 15 minutes of the harbor. An island resort adds a boat transfer, so a pickup from there is arranged the day before.

Do I need a hotel the night before the trip?
Yes. The open trip meets at 09:00 and a private charter picks up at 10:00, so land the day before and sleep in Labuan Bajo.
Is airport pickup included?
Yes, on all three boats: pickup and drop-off at your hotel, the airport or the harbor, at a point agreed in writing.
Do you sell flight tickets?
No. We advise on routes and arrival days; you book the ticket with the airline.
Can you book rooms for a group?
Yes. Send the dates, the number of rooms and the area, and the hotel confirms the rate for those dates.
Which area is best for a morning pickup?
The town center, about 2 minutes from the harbor, and the airport area, about 10. Pede Beach and Waecicu are 10 to 15 minutes out, and island resorts add a boat transfer.
What time should I fly home?
After 14:00 on the last day of a 3D2N. The boat is back around midday, and the gap covers the transfer from the harbor.
