24 friends fit on one phinisi. Lamborajo 1 takes all 24 for IDR 56,000,000 (≈ USD 3,436) on a private 3D2N, or IDR 2,330,000 (≈ USD 143) each, and Lamborajo 2 takes them for IDR 119,000,000 (≈ USD 7,301), with a bed to spare. Lamborajo 3 stops at 22. The local guide and park tickets are extra.
13, 16, 20, 25: the price per person in four rows
Group quotes turn on four head counts. At 13 guests the whole boat costs IDR 3,460,000 (≈ USD 212) each on Lamborajo 1 and IDR 7,460,000 (≈ USD 458) on Lamborajo 2. At 20 the same boats come down to IDR 2,400,000 (≈ USD 147) and IDR 5,350,000 (≈ USD 328), with Lamborajo 3 at IDR 7,000,000 (≈ USD 429).
Only Lamborajo 2 has a 25-guest row: IDR 4,880,000 (≈ USD 299) per person.
The bands change at 13 and 17, which creates one oddity. A group of 24 sails the printed private 3D2N at the pace of the tender, since every landing moves 24 people. Day 1 keeps Kelor and the Manjarite snorkel for the afternoon and Kalong for dusk. Day 2 is the long one: Padar first, then Pink Beach, Komodo with a ranger, Taka Makassar and Manta Point, where the current suits confident swimmers. Day 3 returns to Labuan Bajo around midday.
On Lamborajo 1, 24 beds are the whole boat: three Share Cabins of 4 bunks, the Full Ocean and two Master Ocean cabins, each taking 4. On Lamborajo 2, 24 friends fill 8 ensuite cabins and leave one bed spare.

Which boat holds how many: 24, 25, 22
Lamborajo 1 closes at 24 guests, Lamborajo 2 at 25 and Lamborajo 3 at 22. Above the 20-guest band, each extra guest adds IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123) on Lamborajo 1, IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) on Lamborajo 2 and IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) on Lamborajo 3, up to those limits.
At 22 guests it comes down to arithmetic. Lamborajo 2 costs IDR 5,140,000 (≈ USD 315) each and Lamborajo 3 IDR 6,640,000 (≈ USD 407), with no place left over on Lamborajo 3. Choose it only for the four jacuzzi cabins.
For 24 guests, Lamborajo 1 costs IDR 2,330,000 (≈ USD 143) each, and Lamborajo 2 has room for one more. Lamborajo 3 cannot take 24 or 25. At 25 guests Lamborajo 2 comes to IDR 4,880,000 (≈ USD 299) each, the lowest per-person figure on either Luxury boat.
Beds for a group of 18: cabin types against party size
Take 18 friends. On Lamborajo 1, the three Share Cabins sleep 12 on single bunks, and the Full Ocean and the two Master Ocean cabins take the other 6. Four of the six cabins share bathrooms.
Lamborajo 2 spreads the same 18 over 8 cabins at two or three a cabin, since each of the five Superior cabins has a queen bed and a single. Every cabin has its own bathroom with hot water.
Lamborajo 3 is tighter. Its four Superior cabins take 2 guests each on a queen bed, with no extra bed, so the other 10 go into the Master Ocean and Royal Master Ocean cabins. The table sets cabin types against party size. For time together on deck, Lamborajo 2 lists a restaurant area, a bar, a TV and a karaoke set; Lamborajo 1 lists a dining room and a karaoke set.

Past 25: two boats on the same dates
A group of 32 sails on two boats. 16 guests on Lamborajo 1 and 16 on Lamborajo 2 cost IDR 45,000,000 (≈ USD 2,761) plus IDR 97,000,000 (≈ USD 5,951): IDR 142,000,000 in total, IDR 4,440,000 each. Families and seniors can take the boat with private bathrooms and students or staff the cheaper one, on the same private route.
Two boats mean two quotes and two deposits. Open trips leave on the same Mondays and Fridays on all three boats, but two boats on the same private dates are confirmed in writing, not promised in advance. Neither quote includes the local guide or photo documentation, and park tickets sit outside both.

Splitting the cost among 20 payers
One person can hold the date with the 50% deposit, and the balance follows 30 days before sailing. How 20 people repay that person is up to the group; the simplest way is to collect every share before the deposit goes out.
For 20 guests on Lamborajo 2, each share is IDR 5,350,000 (≈ USD 328). Add the park ticket, IDR 250,000 per person per day for a foreign visitor and never part of a fare. Add the local guide and photo documentation if the group wants them; on a private charter both are quoted separately.
Flights, the hotel in Labuan Bajo, insurance and a gratuity are outside the fare too. The 2026 price list, updated 4 May 2026, has no season column, so the month you sail does not change the share.
