For 25 colleagues the printed private 3D2N works as a team program without a new stop. Day 1 starts with a 10:00 pickup, the short climb on Kelor and a snorkel at Manjarite; Kalong at dusk gives the team photo. Day 2 opens at Padar before sunrise, then Pink Beach, the Komodo walk with a ranger, Taka Makassar and Manta Point. Day 3 is a short morning and a return around midday, early enough for a flight after 14:00.
Two adjustments suit a company. Colleagues who skip the Padar climb stay aboard; the captain sets the order of stops on the day. A dinner on an island or an evening on deck is quoted in writing before it is added.

Cabins by department, bathrooms by seniority
Eight cabins work like a seating plan. On Lamborajo 2, 20 colleagues sleep 2 or 3 to a cabin; the Superior cabins, with a queen bed and a single, fit three. Managers can take the two Master Ocean View cabins, which have a private balcony, and the Family Ocean View, with a queen bed and 2 extra beds, takes four.
On Lamborajo 1 only the two Master Ocean cabins have a private bathroom, so whoever gets those two rooms gets the private bathrooms. Lamborajo 3 puts a jacuzzi and a private balcony in its four Master and Royal Master cabins.
The company assigns the cabins. The final cabin list is confirmed in writing, and so is any change to it before sailing.
A working hour on board and where it stops
Lamborajo 2 lists a restaurant area, a bar, a TV and a karaoke set. Lamborajo 3 lists a restaurant area, a bar and a karaoke set, and Lamborajo 1 a dining room and a karaoke set. Those are the shared spaces and screens the brochures print.
None of the three prints a meeting room or a projector. A short session fits in the restaurant area, and anything that needs a screen depends on the TV on Lamborajo 2. Phone signal comes and goes between islands, so do not plan video calls from the water.
A meeting on board, a team dinner on an island or a seafood dinner can be added on request. Each is quoted in writing, and nothing is added to the fare without that quote.
Free pickup
Pickup from your hotel, the airport or the harbor is free in both directions, and the time and the point are agreed in writing before you pay.
For a larger party, a Toyota HiAce seats up to 12 and a bigger coach comes on request; either is quoted as its own line.
Invoice, NIB and the replacement guarantee
The invoice comes from PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, NIB 1805260128363, the booking partner for the three boats. The owner runs the vessel; we sell the trip, answer your questions and are responsible for the booking.
If the boat cannot sail because of a breakdown or an order from the harbor master or the park, we provide a phinisi of the same class or higher on the same dates at no extra cost. If you prefer, you get a full refund within 14 days instead.
The deposit is 50%, and the balance falls due 30 days before sailing. Cancel 60 days or more out and 50% comes back; between 59 and 30 days, 25%. Moving the date 29 to 14 days before sailing costs IDR 500,000.

Pick Lamborajo 1 when the budget decides. 20 colleagues pay IDR 2,400,000 (≈ USD 147) each, and four of the six cabins share bathrooms, which the whole team has to accept. Pick Lamborajo 3 when jacuzzi cabins matter for senior guests, at IDR 7,000,000 (≈ USD 429) each and with a ceiling of 22 guests.
Above 25 guests no single boat works. Two boats on the same dates are confirmed in writing, and the guide to splitting a group across two boats does the sums.
A private charter leaves out the local guide and the photo documentation. A company that wants a guide at every stop gets one on the open trip, but there it buys cabins by the seat rather than the whole boat.
