Updated 20 October 2026

A private 2D1N for 1 to 12 guests costs IDR 38,000,000 (≈ USD 2,331) on Lamborajo 1, IDR 76,000,000 (≈ USD 4,663) on Lamborajo 2 and IDR 109,000,000 (≈ USD 6,687) on Lamborajo 3. Day 1 runs Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong; day 2 Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo, back between 18:00 and 19:00. No 2D1N open trip is printed.

One night, six stops, one boat to yourselves

The 2D1N is the shortest overnight on the price list, and it suits groups that want Padar and Komodo without a third day. Pickup is at 10:00 on day 1, and the boat leaves around 10:30.

It is a whole-boat charter. Nobody joins you, and the Monday and Friday open trips do not run this length on any of the three boats.

Choose it when the calendar allows two days and the group wants the stop list of the longer trip minus Manta Point and Taka Makassar.

Day 1 and day 2, as printed

Day 1 opens with lunch aboard, then the Kelor hill walk, the Manjarite snorkel and Kalong at sunset. Dinner is aboard. The weather and the captain's decision that day settle where the boat spends the night.

Day 2 repeats the opening of the 3D2N: the Padar trek is the first stop. Breakfast follows, then Pink Beach, then the Komodo walk with a ranger. The boat is back in Labuan Bajo between 18:00 and 19:00, with a transfer to your hotel.

Times are operating patterns, not a timetable. Pickup is the only promise we make by the clock.

What two days cannot reach: Manta Point and Taka Makassar

Neither stop is on the 2D1N card. Manta Point and Taka Makassar sit on the 3D2N route only, at the end of day 2 on the private trip and at the start of day 1 on the open trip.

That is the real trade of the shorter length. You keep Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo, and you give up the sandbar and the manta drift. Manta sightings are never guaranteed, so the loss is smaller than it looks.

If mantas or the sandbar are the reason for the trip, price the 3D2N instead.

Sailing between stops, and who sets the order

The card sets the stops and the legs below show their spacing. On day 1 the sail runs roughly 50 to 70 minutes from Labuan Bajo to Kelor, 30 to 60 on to Manjarite and 50 to 70 on to Kalong. The captain decides the order on the day, since quota, tide and weather change it.

All three boats print a cruising speed of 7 to 10 knots, so the sailing time between two stops is the same on Lamborajo 1, 2 and 3.

FAQ

How much is a 2D1N phinisi charter on each boat?

For 1 to 12 guests, whole boat: IDR 38,000,000 (≈ USD 2,331) on Lamborajo 1, IDR 76,000,000 (≈ USD 4,663) on Lamborajo 2 and IDR 109,000,000 (≈ USD 6,687) on Lamborajo 3.

Can I join an open trip for two days?

No. The open trip is printed as a 3D2N on all three boats, and no 2D1N open trip is on the list.

What time does the 2D1N finish?

Between 18:00 and 19:00 on day 2, with a transfer to your hotel. The exact times are agreed in writing.

Which boat should I take for 2D1N?

The route and cruising speed are identical, so the choice is cabins and price. Lamborajo 1 is the lowest total, and Lamborajo 2 and Lamborajo 3 put a private bathroom in all 8 cabins.

Are the guide and photos included on the 2D1N?

No. On any private charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are available on request and quoted separately.
